Please allow 1-3 business days for preparation. This ensures that the art is handled and packaged with care and protection.

Shipping times varies upon carrier but on average, shipping can take 2-5 business days. Please note that during holidays and unfortunate circumstances such as weather could allow packages to become delayed.

Please contact me via brittneroseart@gmail.com should your package get lost in transit, etc. or to discuss replacements or exchanges (if applicable).

Should an item come damaged, picture proof should be submitted within 24 hours in order to be eligible for refund or exchanges (if applicable).

Brittne Rose offers a 14-day return policy. A return may be requested 14 days after the purchase of the item.
